Event Submission Guidelines

You can sumbit your events to both online and print editions of the Tucson Peace Calendar using our online submission form. Currently, all events submitted using the online form will be held for approval by our moderator. Please note that we have been having some technical difficulties with our site. Events should be relevant to peace, justice, environmental or other related issues. When submitting your event, please include a description, contact info, location, and the event time. Also include other pertinent information such as if there is any cost, RSVP requirements, special instructions, etc.

All events submitted to the online calendar are considered for the print version of the calendar, which is mailed out at the end of each month. As the print version has space limitations, events submitted by members of the Tucson Peace Center have priority.

To ensure that your event is considered for the print calendar you should submit your event by the 15th of the preceding month (i.e. August 15th for the September calendar). Please sign up for our email mailing list if you wish to receive announcements and reminders about the event deadlines.

Subscribe to the Calendar

Subscribe to the print edition of the Tucson Peace Calendar. It will arrive in your mail box around the first of each month, September - May. Only $10 individual, $15 family, $25 group or $5 low income. Send payment with postal address to the Tucson Peace Center, POB 42843, Tucson AZ 85733.
